I am grateful, honored, and privileged to be one of the most referred home inspectors in
this area. My client list for home inspections includes many
professionals involved in real estate business. This includes realtors, realtors' family members
and friends, bankers, mortgage brokers, attorneys, mayor, appraisers, school superintendents, coaches, investors, engineers,
contractors, and superintendents of some of the largest home builders in our area. I am humbled they choose me for their personal, family and friends needs when purchasing, selling, or building

My average inspection time for most homes (up to 3,000 square feet) is 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
And of course, the larger the home the longer the inspection time. The report writing and preparation usually takes another
3 to 4 hours to complete.
