My name is Johnny Kay and I am the owner of Arrow Home Inspection Service, LLC. Please allow me to share some personal information to help you in the selection of your home inspector.

 

I am a life-long resident of York County. I was born in Rock Hill and educated in the Rock Hill school system. I graduated from Western Carolina University (BSBA) with double major concentrations in Economics and Marketing while also being a 4 year scholar-athlete.

 

Having personally experienced the tremendous growth in our county and the Charlotte-Metro area, I am pleased that I have had the opportunity to assist thousands of  area residents with their new home purchases. To let you know how much it's changed, I remember when the only road between Rock Hill and Charlotte was the two-lane road Highway 21. Rock Hill's population was less than 10,000 and Charlotte was +/- 50,000.  

 

My dad was a well -known builder and tradesman in Rock Hill and York County. Beginning work on my dad's crew at a young age and working with him during the summer through my school years, I learned lessons that I still use today in my business. Simply put, be honest and give people the best quality work you can give....

 

As an inspector, I work to provide you with information  to help you make an informed decision regarding your new home purchase.

 

York County has been a wonderful place to grow-up,  and is a wonderful place to call home!  My hope is that you will enjoy it as much as I have.

When you schedule a home inspection with Arrow Home Inspection Service, LLC, I will be the one to schedule the inspection, I will be the one to answer your questions, and most importantly, I will be the one who performs your home inspection. A part-time inspector, new trainee or inspector with a  few home inspections under their belt will not be performing your home inspection but rather an inspector with the experience and knowledge gained by having personally performed thousands of home inspections!

 

My business is mostly from client referrals as well as repeat clients over the years as their needs change. I am very grateful that the clients I have served for more than a decade continue to use and refer my services to others.
